WHISPERS, WHISPERS. Carmen Mayor Cheche Toribio delos Reyes and Ms. Greenie Aumentado, wife of 2nd district solon Cong. Erico Aumentado take turns whispering to each other during the launching of the coffee and cacao farmers institute in Carmen town. The Carmen Mayor later pledged her full support to the Bohol Coffee and Cacao Farmers Multi-purpose Cooperative by committing outright a 15-hectare land in Carmen for coffee and cacao production. She also said she would order the municipal assessor to check on idle lands in Carmen to be devoted solely to coffee and cacao. (foto by SDDiputado)
